ABOUT OUR LOCATION IN CANADA

The owner selected Regina as the company's base of operations because of its unique location as the capital of Saskatchewan. Regina is also the second largest city in the province after Saskatoon.

Saskatchewan is located in the heart of the Canadian Prairies and it owns more than 40 per cent of Canada’s cultivated farmland – some of the most productive land in the world. With a vast, productive land base and a collaborative approach to crop development research, Saskatchewan is playing an increasingly important role as a major food supplier to the world’s rapidly growing population.

According to Statistics Canada, in 2020, Saskatchewan’s total crop production saw large production volume increases in Lentils (25.9%), and Flaxseed (23.6%). Lentils, Flaxseed, Oats, and Canary Seed increased their seeded crop area, in acres, by 12.4%, 11.0%, 5.4%, and 1.3% respectively. Current agricultural reports paint a promising future for Ingrace Canada Farms’ investment in the selected area of greenhouse agriculture.
